Guidelines
- We supply a minimum of 500 MT or 588,000 litres (16 trucks)
- We would only make an exception to give it to you at 95 Naira per litre if and only if you have trucks and/or a vessel of your own (Tanker To Tanker - TTT). We will not make an exception to this by any means.
- We supply from our depot in Port-Harcout via a vessel and also make arrangements for transportation by land (at no extra charge) to the required destination if this has not already been taken care of.
- There is no limit to the amount that we can supply
- We make supplies only to states within Nigeria
- In order for us to begin processing your order, we would require a bank endorsed LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing)in the seller’s name (Nathern Energy Products and Allied Services)
This would serve as a form of commitment between you and us. It would tell us that you are capable of paying for the product asides which we would not be able to ascertain that.
- After the LPO has been prepared and we are alerted, we simply confirm it with the bank in question that must have prepared it for you. It is then the job of the bank to certify that we deliver to you as required without which no payments to us can/should be authorized by you.
- We prefer not to accept cash payments because we have had bad experiences in the past. There have been cases of people who claim to be able to meet up with payments but proved otherwise at the point of transaction even after transporting the products to them.
- By preparing a bank endorsed LPO, you are certifying that you are capable of meeting up with requirements and that you really need our services.
-For orders above 2000 MT, we would require our buyer to prepare a Bank Comfort letter in place of an LPO.
- An Irrevocable Bank Payment Undertaken (IBPU) is also welcome
We understand the difficulties entailed in the preparation of an LPO but it is by all means the safest way for this kind of transaction.
